GREAT SUMMER PLACE, OR YEAR ROUND HOME. Brown Sound is a small private community of 26 members

it's a summer place for most but there are 6 family that live here year round. There is a one time fee of $1000.00 and $350.00 per year
association fee, that pays for street lights and anything that needs to be done in the community.
