Brown Sound is a SMALL private family community of 26 members.
Some families enjoy living here during the summer months
only, while many just cannot find the desire to leave.
I am one of those people.
We simply love it!

We have a wide paved boat ramp and over 300 feet
of seasonally maintained boating docks.

The cost of living is extremely low for water-front living.
There is a one time fee of $1000.00 and a $350.00 per year association fee.
This fee is needed to pay for road maintenance, the powering of our street lights
for safety, and any other needs associated with quality of life for our families.

Well, we have been on the water most of our lives, and we have had this property over 25 years now.
We have a home inland and I will be 69 soon, so we are going to retire and travel.
