This room is 22X24, we had it built to withstand high winds. We use it for entertainment mostly,
it has a ceramic floor sitting area and a 65 in. tv which goes with the property.
It has a convenient 3 car carport with sliding glass doors, which will withstand high winds.
Constructed by a professional team. The window you see next to it,
is the location of the irrigation system.
